I'm truly a "Jon of All Trades." I have a background in the fine arts, carpentry, welding, stop-motion animation, puppeteering, museum exhibits, zoo animal enrichment and habitat construction, youth art classes, Dungeons & Dragons, and medieval armor and combat.

Prior to relocating to Minnesota in 2022, I spent 10+ years as an apprentice and teaching assistant to an SCA medieval combat instructor in California. Now I'm teaching my own medieval combat classes in the Anoka, Minnesota area.
